  • Users acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is never 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Epicenter So Cal is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or inability to use our services.

  • We do not guarantee that our services will always be free from errors or defects.

8. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Anaheim, CA.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through arbitration in Anaheim, CA.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
